Body Mapping Workshop

Body Mapping provides a universal language for all musicians, building a firm somatic* foundation upon which to build (and teach) musical technique. This workshop with Kimberly Barber (licensed Body Mapping Educator since 2015) offers the foundations for this work over two 1-hour sessions that will introduce the concepts of balance and inclusive awareness (hour one) and breath and integrating the arm structure (hour one). No prior experience or knowledge of somatic practices is necessary.
